Expanding Asynchronous Chronic Care
Doctor. One, founded in 2021, operates a chronic care platform. It connects healthcare professionals with patients through continuous, asynchronous communication. The platform strengthens the physician-patient relationship between visits. This approach improves patient engagement and boosts adherence.
The company facilitates nearly half a million microinteractions. These span therapeutic areas like obesity, oncology, neurology, and endocrinology. Doctor. One collaborates with pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis and AstraZeneca. These partnerships enhance patient outcomes.
Furthermore, Doctor. One works with European healthcare providers. A flagship partnership exists with Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne (UCK) in Gdańsk. This collaboration is part of the EU-funded Amber Project. The project transforms cancer care with proactive, home-based support.
Doctor. One complies with GDPR and ISO standards. The company prepares to scale its platform across Europe's largest healthcare markets. Competitors like Omada Health and DarioHealth also operate in the digital chronic care space.
The platform aims to become a leading digital health companion for chronic patients. It empowers professionals to manage patient care effectively. Doctor. One expects an eightfold revenue increase in 2025. The team will also grow in Sales, Product, AI, and Growth.
