IonTerra is a fundamental part of the driverless car revolution that the world is heading towards. IonTerras leading innovative and robust platform offers several layers of data analysis, monitoring, and fusion of sensors of autonomous driving. Current autonomous vehicle architecture offers to overcome the individual shortcomings of each sensor type using a hardware redundancy layer, that is created by several different types of sensors in the same vehicle. IonTerra increases the reliability of the autonomous vehicle, by offering a software redundancy layer as well, using its patented rtCVI real time computer vision solution, that enables cross referencing sensor information for validity, monitoring the operation of each sensor, and adding logic and cross validations on top of the sensor raw data. IonTerras solution is software only, lightweight, easily maintained and configured in the car, thus also increasing the cars adaptability to any changing conditions and the OEM and Service Providers ability to maintain both autonomous fleets as a whole and also each individual autonomous vehicle individually.
