An Entrepreneur has a great idea + Marketing execution power. The Entrepreneur launches a campaign for a Startup on Compile.One detailing his idea and describing the partners he is looking for. Freelancers choose what Startups they would like to participate in (After digitally signing an NDA), and offer their services for a stake in the company. At this point the Entrepreneur chooses which freelancers to work with. Compile.One generates all the legal paperwork. The Entreprenuer creates a company and the stock of the company is placed on Escrow with Compile.One. The Freelancer provides his services. After which Compile.One delivers to the Freelancer his share of the company is stock. The Startup is now launched and the Entrepreneur must now deliver his side of the deal – Marketing / Business.
