I spent 25+ years in front of national TV audiences and trained C-suite leaders across the world on how to communicate with impact. During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 when I shifted to presenting and facilitating online, I saw the importance in how having consistent support allowed me to focus on the content and participants while someone else handled the tech — that made all the difference. Then I co-founded MeetBee — because I personally felt what it's like to be a presenter trying to deliver content while fielding tech issues, managing participants, and keeping the session on track alone. That experience is exactly why MeetBee exists. MeetBee is a managed service that runs the behind-the-scenes production for high-volume continuing education programs (CPE/CPD/CLE/CME). We take over the production workload — run-of-show, live moderation, tech support, polls/attendance flows, credit tracking, and live-to-on-demand packaging — so CE teams can focus on content, speakers, and growth. Typical outcome: ~40% cost reduction vs in-house webinar ops, plus fewer delivery issues and less ops firefighting for internal teams. We're currently anchored by a multinational CE provider (3+ year engagement) and are looking to add 1–2 more platform-scale partners running a heavy live + on-demand schedule.
