Truthset Introduces Record-Level Transparency to Enhance Consumer Data Accuracy

Truthset introduced a new feature called Record-Level Transparency (RLT) to help improve the accuracy of consumer data. RLT allows data providers to identify and evaluate the quality of individual records within their data sets.

This new capability is part of Truthset's data quality product portfolio and was developed in response to feedback from its Data Collective members, which includes 22 leading data providers, and follows the company's recent $5 million Series A funding round, led by Data Point Capital.

Their new feature provides data providers with detailed information about the accuracy of their data, enabling them to refine their data sets and improve their overall quality.

Truthset, a data intelligence startup that specializes in validating the accuracy of consumer data, focuses on driving data governance and standardization in the marketing industry. The company's Data Collective, a group of leading data providers, leverages independent validation from Truthset to solve the multi-billion dollar data accuracy problem, while ensuring differentiation and actionability for participating data providers. With 96% census coverage in the US, Truthset provides first-ever objective accuracy scores for record-level consumer data, multi-sourced from 20 leading data providers, and offers Truthscores for 25 demos on over 1 billion digital IDs.

Truthset's solutions include Measurement, which relies on a foundation of accurate data to build measurement, and Audience Targeting, which helps platforms and publishers offer filtered, Truthscored versions of 1P and 3P audiences to buyers. The startup also works with data providers to help them understand the quality of their data, optimize their sourcing, and differentiate and win in the market.

Truthset's RLT feature is now available to all Data Collective members. Several members are already using the feature to enhance the quality and value of their data assets. According to Scott McKinley, CEO of Truthset, "Our goal is to provide data providers with actionable insights to improve the accuracy of their data. With RLT, we are helping them to make more informed decisions and increase the value of their assets."
