Loopio, a response management software provider, has announced a new integration with enterprise AI search platform Unleash. The joint solution, called the Loopio <> Unleash Connector, enables organizations to streamline their RFP (Request for Proposal) processes by leveraging AI-powered search across more than 80 enterprise data sources.
The integration addresses a common challenge faced by proposal teams: locating relevant content across scattered internal systems. Traditionally, RFP responses require time-consuming manual searches through various databases and files, slowing down the proposal process and impacting quality.
The Unleash Connector integrates Unleash’s Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine with Loopio’s response automation tools. It allows users to instantly surface internal content—including previous RFPs, sales collateral, and documentation—from platforms like Salesforce, Google Drive, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Notion, and others.
According to Loopio Chief Product Officer Eugene Ho, “Unleash allows teams to search enterprise-wide, while Loopio ensures the retrieved content is accurate and consistent. This integration supports faster, higher-quality responses.”
Key capabilities include:
- Unified Knowledge Access: Pulls data from over 80 connected tools and existing RFPs to eliminate manual content retrieval.
- AI Response Automation: Uses AI to generate initial draft responses by retrieving and contextualizing content.
- Access Control & Security: Enforces existing permission rules to protect sensitive data and maintain governance.
- Content Reuse: Enables teams to save curated responses to the Loopio Library for future use, improving long-term efficiency.
