Key Responsibilities

Architect & Modernize Frontend Systems: Design and scale production-ready frontend architectures, reusable component libraries, and robust state management patterns using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Own End-to-End Delivery: Drive the entire lifecycle of complex frontend features within your POD, taking complete ownership from initial technical design to deployment and validation.

Optimize Performance & Build Tooling: Streamline build pipelines using Vite, while continuously elevating application performance, web accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.

Enforce Engineering Excellence: Conduct architectural code reviews based on Clean Code principles, TDD, and Design System standards to raise the technical baseline across the engineering organization.

Proactively Address Tech Debt: Partner with cross-functional product and design teams to identify technical trade-offs, refactor legacy patterns, and guarantee high system velocity.

Elevate Team Capabilities: Anchor structured technical mentorship for L1 and L2 engineers through active pair programming, clear documentation, and continuous feedback.
What You Bring

5+ Years of Modern Frontend Experience: Proven track record building and scaling complex, production-grade applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern build tools like Vite.

Architectural Mastery: Demonstrated experience establishing scalable state management (Zustand, Redux, Context API), component patterns (Atomic Design), and modular frontend architectures.

Deep Technical Foundation: Comprehensive understanding of browser internals, web performance optimization, CI/CD integrations, and modern testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Proactive Engineering Ownership: Strong autonomy to take vague product requirements, translate them into technical strategies, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.

Advanced English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and articulate complex technical decisions with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Bonus Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js, Remix), monorepos (Turborepo, Nx), micro-frontends, or AI-assisted development tools is a strong plus.
