About Chamelio
Chamelio is an AI-native legal intelligence platform built for in-house legal teams. Our platform brings contracts, workflows, approvals, knowledge, and day-to-day legal work into one intelligent system, helping legal teams operate faster and with greater visibility.
Chamelio is growing rapidly across the US and international markets. As we enter our next stage of scale, we are building a global organization across Israel and the US and are looking for an experienced VP of HR to join the leadership team and help build the company for its next chapter.
The Role
We are looking for a senior, hands-on HR leader who has helped scale international technology companies through periods of rapid growth.
The VP of HR will own Chamelio's global people strategy and HR function, partnering directly with the founders and leadership team across organizational design, hiring, management, performance, culture, compensation, and employee development.
This is a builder role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels: shaping the organization we need for the future while personally driving the systems, processes, and decisions required today.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business partner to the founders and executive leadership team, bringing strong business judgment to people and organizational decisions.
Build and execute Chamelio's global people and organizational strategy, aligned with the company's business priorities.
Build and lead a high-performing global HR organization as the company scales.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount planning across Israel, the US, and future markets.
Own global talent and recruiting strategy, ensuring Chamelio can attract, hire, and retain exceptional teams.
Build scalable people systems and frameworks, including performance management, compensation, promotions, career development, and management practices.
Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations across locations.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in HR, People, or organizational leadership roles. Additional operations experience is a plus.
Proven track record of helping scale a high-growth technology company from an early growth stage through meaningful expansion.
Significant experience working in an international organization, ideally across both Israel and the US.
Experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams on business and organizational priorities.
Deep experience across talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.
Strong business acumen and a data-driven approach, with the ability to translate company priorities into clear people and organizational plans.
A builder mindset: highly hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
An AI-first mindset and the ability to use AI and automation as practical tools for better execution.
Why Chamelio
Join Chamelio at a defining stage and play a direct role in building the organization behind a rapidly scaling global technology company.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team, have meaningful ownership over how the company scales, and build the people function, management infrastructure, and culture required for Chamelio's next phase of growth.
