At the same time, we target venture-class returns through direct investments in innovative healthcare companies that improve quality and convenience, lower cost, and improve health outcomes. We manage $300 million of venture capital across two funds on behalf of Providence. Working closely with the Providence Digital Innovation Group, we have an intimate understanding of the innovation priorities for Providence, and the overall US health system. Our greatest successes have come when the interests of our portfolio companies align with those priorities.
