We currently invest out of our two funds, Princeville Global, which focuses on investing in software and internet companies emerging as leaders in their target markets and Princeville Climate Technology, which invests in technology companies with a positive impact on climate change which we call Climate Positive®. Princeville Climate Technology targets both impact and financial returns. We are also affiliated with Poema Global, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) focused on more mature technology businesses than what our funds pursue. We believe a SPAC is a synergistic and natural extension of the global sourcing reach our funds bring. We align ourselves with entrepreneurs seeking not only growth capital, but a value-added partner who can help them fulfill their aspirations to create companies of global scale. We have a worldwide network of relationships built over decades of experience in technology, climate change, and capital markets. Collectively we have experience in 40 technology IPOs, 180+ corporate finance transactions, and climate policy leadership at the U.S. State Department. We have been involved in some of the largest tech success stories globally for the past two decades as well as many of the most consequential international developments in climate, including the Paris Agreement. With offices in Berlin, Hong Kong and San Francisco, our global focus positions us well to attract unique opportunities and help our companies expand their businesses in the Americas, Asia, Europe and around the world.
