Ilex Medical was founded in 1977, and became public at 1995 (traded at TLSA). Ilex Medical is the major IVD business in Israel today representing leading worldwide companies such as bioMerieux, Abbott, Sebia, Instrumentation Laboratories , Fertilitech Life global and more, with more than 54% of the market. At 2011 ILEX has acquired 54% of Medtechnica (publically listed – trades at TLSA), which is Israel’s leading distributor and service provider of medical equipment. Both of the companies are hiring more than 220 employees. Along the years we at Ilex medical have acquired a broad experience in various medical fields, and successfully established an impressive network with leading key personnel and leading decision makers in the industry (Laboratory managers, Hospital managers, Academic professors, Government officials etc.).
