Funding total by country and year

Public, no-auth total from the analysis chart. Ask how much funding a country or sector raised in a year and get the round count, the USD total, a breakdown, and the chart URL. dataset=rounds (default) is announced capital in that year. dataset=startups is companies founded that year, and the dollar total is capital raised to date, not during the year. Powers the query_funding MCP tool. 30 requests per day for anonymous callers.

Parameters

Full English name, or USA / UK / Canada. Example: Canada

Sector name. Comma-separated for more than one.

Round stage: Seed, Series A, Series B, and so on.

Calendar year. Sets both from and to.

First year. Ignored when year is set.

Last year. Ignored when year is set.

time (default), series, size, sector, or country.
