About
Pistachio is a Salesforce appexchange app helping B2B SaaS companies at growth stage solve thier biggest pains - churn and revenue expension. Pistachios goal is to help CSMs identify and focus on the clients who will churn unless the company will proactively engage them and solve their dissatisfaction, as well as identify up/cross sell opportunities, as it is 8x-9x cheaper to retain or up-sell an existing client than it is to get a new one. By using state of the art machine learning algorithms, Pistachio notifies CSMs when an account is likely to churn **before** it actually happens. Pistachio automatically classifies user profiles, detects accounts at high risk for churn, assigns health scores, determines highly predictive churn metrics for each profile and assigns the right actions for each scenario. Using Pistachio, the CSM team will know which one of his accounts is about to churn, what is the reason, and what they can do in order to keep them on board. Once installed, Pistachio operates in three phases: 1. Feature selection algorithms automatically detect therelevant schemes and objects the company has in its CRM. 2. ML algorithms detect patterns and correlations betweenCRM accounts, actual usage patterns, support, marketingand other data types. 3. Pistachio creates a real-time client intelligence view of the company's user-base. Pistachio's business model is subscription based: companies will be charged by a per seat license, according to the amount of users/data that the product will be required to support.
