An AI algorithm is used to define a disease-specific panel that presents the strongest biomarkers that differentiate healthy and cancer states, as well as cancer type and stage. Our team has developed an ultra-sensitive method to detect genetic and epigenetic profiles in cell-free DNA, that occur during cancer initiation and progression. We extract cell-free DNA from a blood sample and fluorescently label markers utilizing a proprietary process. The DNA is hybridized onto our custom chip, and each cancer type presents a unique pixel pattern signature that may be used for classifying the type and stage of the disease.
