EchoCare Technologies has developed a non-wearable and non-privacy invasive, elderly-care home monitoring system that automatically detects and alerts on various emergency, and abnormal situations at home. The ECHO system is a cloud connected solution that detects various falls, one of the largest areas of concern for the elderly, along with respiration distress, drowning in a bathtub and other abnormal situations. In addition, it indicates on a potential health deterioration by monitoring and analyzing the person’s daily activities. Based on a unique radar, followed by AI/ML engines, it does not compromise the senior’s privacy and covers a standard SLF apartment (including through walls) with a single device.
