I’m on a life mission to create a better world, where the power of AI is not just limited to a select few, but empowers anyone that wants to create, and change the world around them for the better. I believe that big scale changes come from passion, risk taking, hard work, persistence and resilience, learning quickly and adapting, thinking big and differently, and moving fast. Those values drive me in my career, in success and failures. My personal AI journey started in the defense industry, working on high-impact problems that can influence millions. I had the opportunity to build large-scale production systems in different positions, focusing on highly complex, mission-critical problems in the fields of Time Series analysis, Natural Language Processing, Speech Processing, and more, utilizing core technologies such as transformers up to some of the most sophisticated algorithms. With these foundational experiences, I saw a need to apply this in the commercial world and started BeyondMinds in 2018. BeyondMinds was on a mission to help data scientists bring AI solutions to production quickly and accelerate AI adoption for large organizations. As the technical founder, I hired a team, raised capital, and won early customers. As revenue grew from 6 digits in Y1 to 7 digits in Y2, I learned a lot about building a commercial business. The board decided to take the company in a different direction than I envisioned, which is why I decided to launch Wand.ai. I've seen first hand the power of AI at scale, and I've come to understand that AI's potential cannot be fully realized through technical advancements alone. To unlock the true power of AI at scale, we need to empower everyone by giving them the tools to utilize it effectively. By helping people acquire new skills, we can create a real transformation, not just in how the world applies AI, but also in how individuals can unleash their creativity and build new competitive skills through their interactions with AI. That's why I co-founded Wand in 2022: to democratize the power of AI and make it accessible to everyone. We founded Wand to empower business experts to create powerful solutions that could influence billions of people and help them create their best in the enterprise and beyond. Wand's goal is to be more than a platform, but a movement that empowers people to use AI to solve their problems.
