Avi Zeevi, a veteran FinTech entrepreneur and investor, is the co-founder of the Viola Group- a leading innovative Israeli private equity investment group with over $4B of assets under management, and co-founder and General Partner of Viola Ventures, a top-tier Israeli venture capital firm. Avi is also a co-founder and the Chairman of the investment committee of Viola FinTech. Avi has a proven track record as an entrepreneur, executive and investor with more than 40 years of experience. In Viola Ventures, Avi's investment interests include mainly FinTech and AI. Avi has established an extensive ecosystem in the global financial industry through his involvement in several FinTech companies including: MINT Systems, Decalog and Actimize, where he served as an active Chairman from 2001 and until it was sold to NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). Avi is also a lead investor and chairman of Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO); Pagaya (NASDAQ: PGY); Personetics; and a board member of EverC; Spott, Sorbet and Bounce. Avi is involved in several educational non-for profit organizations: He is a Board Member at The Center for Educational Technology (CET) which is dedicated to the advancement of the education system in Israel, in the Jewish world and around the globe. He is also a Member of the Board of Governors of the Technion- the Israel Institute of Technology, board member of BatSheva Dance Company, and was also a co-founder at TZEVA an NGO which operated enrichment centers for underprivileged children all over Israel. Avi is a former lecturer at the Kellogg Recanati International Executive MBA Program where he taught the “VC –What’s it all about” course.
