Savvy Wealth, a digital platform for financial advisors, focuses on modernizing human financial advice through technology. The company announced the close of a $72 million Series B funding round. This latest capital infusion brings Savvy Wealth's total funding to over $100 million.
The round was led by Industry Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in private technology investments. Participating investors included new investors Vestigo Ventures and Euclidean Capital. Existing investors Canvas Ventures, Thrive Capital, The House Fund, Brewer Lane Ventures, and former Focus Financial executive Vamsi Yadlapati also participated. Mark Casady, former LPL Financial CEO and Chairman, invested through Vestigo Ventures and has joined Savvy Wealth’s Board of Directors.
The company plans to deploy the new capital to accelerate its core technology offering, recruit technical talent, and expand its network of independent advisors and advisory teams within its affiliate registered investment advisor (RIA), Savvy Advisors. A key focus for the funding is the acceleration of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions designed to build personalized knowledge bases for clients, providing predictive, real-time intelligence tailored to individual financial profiles.
Savvy Wealth has reported significant growth, adding nearly $500 million in assets under management (AUM) thus far in 2025, representing a 500% increase since the beginning of 2024. The firm recently surpassed $2 billion in total AUM. Its platform offers solutions including personalized investment management, 401(k) account management, estate plan modeling, financial planning, tax preparation, high-yield cash management, and alternative investments.
The company has also expanded its leadership team, with recent additions including Eric Hurkman as Chief Technology Officer, David Weiner as Chief Growth Officer, and Lisandra Wilmott as Head of Legal & Compliance.
"Throughout my decades in the industry, I’ve come to realize the power of building a firm around the needs of advisors—and how transformational that model can be at scale," commented Mark Casady, Investor and Board Member at Savvy Wealth.
The financial advice sector is experiencing growing demand for digital transformation and artificial intelligence integration. Savvy Wealth aims to leverage AI to enhance advisor capabilities rather than replace human interaction, embedding AI within its CRM and advisor-facing technology stack. The company’s rapid progression from Series A to Series B funding, completed in August 2024, places it in the top decile for speed between rounds, according to industry data from Carta.
