AI startup Dreamhub has officially launched what it terms the world's first "AI-native" Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform specifically designed for the B2B SaaS industry. With $7 million in secured funding, the company aims to challenge established legacy CRM providers like Salesforce and Hubspot.
Dreamhub asserts that its platform is built from the ground up with an AI-first architecture, differentiating it from existing CRMs that may layer AI functionalities onto older systems. The company claims its solution can autonomously update customer data, execute workflows, and provide predictive insights for sales teams.
The $7 million in seed funding was contributed by notable investors, including the founders of MuleSoft, Pardot, and Datorama, as well as venture firms Jibe Ventures, Dig Ventures, and LocalGlobe.
According to the company, Dreamhub's platform functions as an autonomous system that learns from sales activities and interprets data from every customer interaction to provide real-time updates.
Founded in 2024 by Yoni Benshaul, Rafi Reinshtein, and Noam Cohen, Dreamhub is headquartered in New York City. The company's long-term goal is to expand its AI-native operating system to encompass the entire go-to-market stack, including marketing, customer success, and revenue operations for B2B SaaS companies. Dreamhub offers a 30-day free trial that syncs with a company's existing CRM, allowing for a risk-free evaluation period without data migration.
