Streamlining Workflows with Shared AI Tools

The video demonstrates this new functionality by showcasing the sharing of a plugin called "First Week Quest." This plugin is designed to create a guided onboarding path for new teammates, outlining tasks, reading materials, and initial steps.

After creating the "First Week Quest" plugin, the user clicks the "Share" button. A modal appears, allowing the user to specify who has access. Options include "Only those invited" or "Anyone at workspace with the link." The user then copies the generated link.

The demonstration continues by showing how this link can be shared and then opened in a browser. This action triggers the opening of the Codex application, directly navigating to the shared plugin's page. This ensures that team members can quickly access and utilize the plugin without any friction.

While the "Created by me" tab shows plugins developed by the user, the "Shared with you" tab aggregates plugins that have been shared by others within the team.
