As users increasingly turn to ChatGPT, Claude, and Google’s AI Overviews for answers, traditional SEO metrics have become obsolete. According to Amplitude, six in ten web browsing sessions now include an AI-generated summary, meaning brands that don’t appear in those summaries are effectively losing high-intent customers before the journey even begins.
