San Francisco-based Opnova has exited stealth mode today, securing $3.75 million in pre-seed funding co-led by Faber, ScaleX, and Preface Ventures. The startup introduces an Agentic AI platform to bridge the automation gap in complex workflows. It targets "rework", repetitive tasks that drain resources.
Operations teams are crucial for any organization but are often slowed by tedious tasks. For instance, employee access requests can make up 25% of IT service inquiries. When handled manually, this can lead to thousands of lost productivity hours each year.
"We created Opnova to empower IT, security, and compliance operations by reducing manual workloads," said Sinan Eren, CEO and Co-Founder of Opnova. "Our AI-native platform integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, enhancing processes in real-time while ensuring model safety, data security, and governance."
Agentic AI: A New Standard in Automation
Opnova's Agentic AI offers intelligent reasoning and handles human-level tasks with adaptability. Unlike traditional tools, it emphasizes human collaboration, ensuring automation aligns with human oversight. This is crucial in high-stakes operations where safety, privacy, and security are vital.
"The market is ready for transformation, and Opnova's approach to intelligent automation will revolutionize IT, security, and compliance operations," said Carlos Silva, Partner at Faber. "Their AI integrates seamlessly into complex workflows, adding significant value for enterprises."
