Commercially, real-time insights are vital for dynamic pricing strategies on direct digital channels, optimizing load factors and maximizing yield. This agility is a significant competitive advantage for the airline.

Experimenting with Agentic AI

Aer Lingus is exploring AI agents, starting with business case development. The vision includes an agent to assist in drafting cases and a “CFO agent” to anticipate and address potential financial questions, thereby stress-testing proposals before formal reviews.
