Generative AI offers a promising solution—54% of companies plan to recruit talent from adjacent industries and train them in AI, while 42% are focused on upskilling existing staff. By augmenting the workforce with AI-powered tools and new learning models, companies can bridge skill gaps and future-proof their talent pipeline.
