Pactos, a Munich-based startup, secured €2.7 million in a pre-seed funding round. High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) led the investment. The company develops a Pactos AI platform for compliant external workforce management.

Streamlining External Workforce Operations

The Pactos AI platform automatically reviews contracts and tracks assignments in real time. Furthermore, it securely stores all relevant data. Consequently, procurement, HR, legal, and finance teams gain access to detailed analyses. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing IT systems, including zvoove. Clients like Swissport, Knuth, and Unique Personal already manage thousands of external workers through Pactos. Moreover, the system is certified to international standards and ensures GDPR compliance.

The European contingent workforce market exceeds €230 billion. Pactos aims to become a leading system in this significant market.

Pactos will use the pre-seed funding to expand its agentic AI functionalities. Additionally, the company strengthens its development team in the DACH region.
