Human Health has secured €4.7 million in funding. The company is developing a patient-first precision health platform. More than one-third of adults in the EU live with a chronic health condition. Many struggle to manage their care across different providers. The platform places patients at the center of their own care. It combines patient-reported data with artificial intelligence. This creates a feedback loop for individuals to track their health and identify patterns. AI helps users find connections across their mind, body, and lifestyle. It generates actionable insights for conditions like pain, sleep, and gut health. Users can capture their medical history and track interventions. The platform then compiles this data into a clear, clinician-ready report.
The company was founded by former Canva product leaders Kate Lambridis and Georgia Vidler. Investors in the seed round include LocalGlobe, Airtree, and Skip Capital. This new capital will accelerate product development. It will also help scale a B2B platform called Human Evidence for life sciences partners.
