Duel, a leading Brand Advocacy Platform, has secured $16 million in Series A funding. Molten Ventures and Bright Pixel Capital co-led the round. This investment will accelerate Duel's mission to help retail brands grow through their existing fan and creator communities.
The platform empowers brands to recruit and activate networks of creators from their customer base. These creators generate authentic content, influence purchasing, and drive referrals across social platforms. Duel's solution provides an Advocate Relationship Management platform.
Expanding AI Capabilities and US Market Reach
Funding will fuel Duel's growth across the US, following its recent New York expansion. It will also expand Enterprise AI-driven capabilities. Duel aims to establish Brand Advocacy as a core philosophy for successful retail brands.
Duel's Brand Advocacy Platform serves major retail brands like Lush, ELEMIS, Victoria’s Secret, and Abercrombie & Fitch. It offers an alternative to traditional advertising, focusing on customer engagement and advanced retail technology. This approach contrasts with broader digital marketing strategies often employed by companies like Salesforce or Adobe.
The company's long-term vision extends beyond retail, targeting sectors from B2B to hospitality. Furthermore, Duel champions Brand Advocacy as a systematic, scalable strategy. It positions itself against traditional influencer marketing platforms by building fully owned networks. This Series A round brings Duel's total funding to over $21 million.
