Bagel AI, the purpose-built AI solution that automatically connects product decisions to business impact, has raised $5.5 million in seed round funding led by at.inc/ with participation from Demo Capital, Loyal VC, CS Angel and several angel investors including former Zoom CPO Oded Gal, CyberArk Founder & Executive Chairman Udi Mokady, former Head of Product Marketing at Atlassian Sean Regan, Guy Horowitz, and Edward Filippi. Bagel AI will use this funding round to accelerate customer acquisition and scale its technology.
A graduate of Google's AI First accelerator, Bagel AI empowers teams to execute on the highest-impact product opportunities. As opposed to hoarding data, which often remains undiscovered without impacting outcomes, Bagel AI develops customer-tailored AI models that automatically transform scattered feedback and customer data into powerful tools to inform product decision-making. By identifying product gaps, customer pain points and emerging trends, Bagel AI’s platform aligns product strategy with real business impact. With 360 degrees visibility from feature conception to post-launch, Bagel AI ensures ongoing clarity and analysis for both the business and its customers.
Lack of cohesion between product and GTM teams doesn’t just mean missed opportunities, but can lead to complete collapse of GTM strategies, with up to 70% failing as a result of team misalignment. Moreover, better data and analysis is essential to inform more bespoke business products, with data-driven companies 19 times more likely to stay profitable than their competitors which don’t prioritize data in the same way. Likewise, the combination of Big Data Analytics and AI with strong IT capabilities has shown to massively improve new product development process efficiency. There is a clear correlation between obtaining underused and yet highly-valuable data, aligning disconnected teams and delivering better business outcomes - this is where Bagel AI steps in.
“As companies begin shifting away from a growth-at-all-cost mindset and instead focusing on smarter, more sustainable growth, Bagel AI is presenting a path to achieve this,” said Ohad Biron, CEO & Co-founder of Bagel AI. “The Bagel AI platform enables product and GTM teams to pinpoint, based on AI-driven intelligence, the type of solution their customer requires. This latest funding round is a vote of confidence in our ability to close the loop across a company’s various teams and turn dormant, undiscovered insights into a goldmine of customer-centric, revenue-growing solutions to tap into.”
“Bagel AI is proving its impact where it matters most - helping product and GTM teams quickly uncover hidden insights and turn them into business results. Customers receive value almost immediately, which is a testament to how deeply Bagel AI integrates into workflows and drives real outcomes. I’m excited to back a company that not only solves a critical problem but one which enables companies to fully quantify the business impact of their product decisions,” said Roni Bonjack, Venture Partner at at.inc/ and board member at Bagel AI.
"Product teams are drowning in scattered data and clunky tools, wasting time instead of building products. Bagel AI changes that. It connects data to decisions - and ultimately to revenue - by automating the messy analysis work and aligning teams fast,” said Oded Gal, angel investor and board member at Bagel AI. “As former Chief Product Officer at Zoom, I know what drives high-performing product orgs. Bagel AI’s seamless integration and smart automation give teams the clarity and speed they need to ship smarter and scale faster.”
Software firms have tried to build in-house AI-powered co-pilot tools to maximize resources and operate efficiently, but these are costly, siloed, and lack problem-solving depth. Bagel AI’s solution tackles this challenge head-on by automating data analysis across tools like Jira, Gong, Salesforce, and Zendesk. By eliminating blind spots, its 360-degree AI-powered platform streamlines strategic decision-making, optimizes resource allocation, and integrates real-time customer insights into the product development lifecycle. This empowers businesses to act with confidence, make more informed product decisions, and ultimately drive revenue growth while delivering greater value to their customers.
