Swift Navigation Raises $50M Series E to Scale Centimeter-Accurate Positioning Globally

Swift Navigation has raised $50 million in a Series E financing round led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from both existing and new investors, including NEA, Eclipse, EPIQ Capital Group, First Round Capital, TELUS Ventures, Potentum Partners, Niterra Ventures, AlTi Tiedemann Global, GRIDS Capital, Essentia Ventures, Shea Ventures, and EnerTech Capital. This brings the company's total funding to over $250 million.

Swift develops centimeter-accurate satellite positioning technology for applications in vehicle autonomy, robotics, and precision logistics. Its flagship product, Skylark, is a cloud-based GNSS correction service that improves positioning accuracy from 5–10 meters down to centimeter-level precision. Skylark is the only real-time, cloud-based precise positioning service certified to ISO 26262:2018 functional safety standards (ASIL certified), enabling scalable and safety-critical applications without relying on physical data centers.

Currently, Skylark powers over 10 million autonomous and ADAS-enabled vehicles, outdoor robots, and IoT devices. It is used by more than 20 automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, a major global commercial fleet operator, and several robotics companies.

The new funding will support Swift’s expansion across ADAS, autonomy, robotics, logistics, and additional use cases such as V2X communications, digital mapping, and mobile navigation.
