octonomy raises $20M to advance agentic AI for service workflows

Agentic AI company octonomy has raised $20 million in a new seed round. The funding will accelerate its agentic AI platform for complex service workflows. The round was led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital. It also included participation from Capnamic, NRW.Bank, and the TechVision Fund. This brings octonomy's total funding to $25 million since its founding 15 months ago.

The company builds AI "digital coworkers" for enterprise support. These AI agents handle complex technical tasks in heavy-equipment industries. They process diverse data like manuals, schematics, and live maintenance logs. Octonomy's agentic AI architecture is designed to interpret a wide range of documentation. This helps where many other AI assistants often fail with unstructured information. The system achieves 95 percent response accuracy. This helps reduce unplanned downtime and speed up service response. Octonomy can be deployed in under 20 days. It integrates directly into existing enterprise systems without requiring data migration. CEO Sushel Bijganath notes that standard AI platforms often deliver only 50 percent accuracy rates for similar tasks.
