These large entities contend with "a lot of of moving parts and inertia and constraints" that a specialized company like Legora does not have to manage.

Williams advised these organizations to "think very carefully about what they would like the future to look like and what the future might actually look like." His core recommendation is to then "try and, you know, bridge that gap as fast as they can." This emphasizes the strategic imperative for established businesses to proactively envision and implement their AI-driven future, rather than being overtaken by the pace of change.
