ElevenLabs has officially launched ElevenLabs for Government, a dedicated initiative to equip public sector organizations with AI-powered voice and agent technologies. This move aims to improve citizen communication and service accessibility across voice and digital channels.
The platform focuses on three key areas: enhancing accessibility and inclusion with in-language, omnichannel agents; boosting efficiency and productivity by automating high-volume contacts; and building trust and engagement through policy-aligned communications.
This strategic expansion positions ElevenLabs directly within a growing market for AI-driven public services. The company, which has secured ElevenLabs (NMS:ELEVEN) $550 million in Series D funding in 2026 at an $11 billion post-money valuation, enters a space where competitors like WellSaid Labs (score 61/100) and Kalpa Labs (score 60/100) are also developing sophisticated voice AI solutions. StartupHub.ai data indicates that ElevenLabs' market capitalization significantly outpaces these competitors, reflecting its strong Series D funding round.
ElevenLabs for Government will target use cases such as instant resident inquiries, guided service journeys for benefits and permits, and crisis response operations. A notable feature includes the creation of 'Trusted Messengers' or digital twins for government leaders, enabling messages to be delivered instantly in multiple languages while preserving original tone and authority.
The company highlights existing deployments with the Government of Ukraine and the Czech Republic, alongside initiatives with U.S. municipalities like the City of Midland, Texas. These examples demonstrate the application of ElevenLabs' technology in scaling trusted public communication and managing high call volumes for national hotlines.
