Distyl AI, a San Francisco-based startup, secured $175 million in Series B funding. Khosla Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round. This investment values the company at $1.8 billion. Other investors in this round included Coatue, Dell Technologies Capital, and DST Global.
The company helps Fortune 500 enterprises become AI-native. It works across sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, manufacturing, and financial services.
AI-Native Platform Expansion
Distyl AI now totals over $200 million raised since its 2022 inception. This Distyl AI Series B round follows a $20 million Series A last November. That previous round, also led by Lightspeed, valued the company at $200 million.
The platform focuses on operationalizing artificial intelligence at scale within large organizations. Founders Arjun Prakash and Derek Ho previously worked at Palantir Technologies.
Distyl AI reported 5x revenue growth in 2024. Furthermore, it projects 8x growth in 2025. The company has reached over 120 million end users. This growth demonstrates strong demand for enterprise AI solutions, similar to offerings from C3.ai.
