Google DeepMind is enlisting the help of the world's largest consulting firms to expedite the rollout of its advanced AI systems into the business world. The AI research giant announced a partnership with Accenture, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, and McKinsey.
This move aims to address a significant hurdle in AI adoption: despite AI's projected $15.7 trillion economic contribution by 2030, a mere 25% of companies have successfully scaled AI solutions. This initiative seeks to bridge that gap, bringing cutting-edge AI to organizations more effectively.
The partnerships will leverage Google DeepMind's technical expertise alongside the consultancies' strategic insights. This collaboration is designed to tackle complex enterprise challenges across various sectors, including finance, manufacturing, and retail.
From Lab to Business
The collaboration focuses on three core areas to accelerate Google DeepMind enterprise AI adoption. Firstly, it will enable scaled, industry-specific AI capabilities by working on challenging customer use cases. Secondly, partner firms will receive early access to DeepMind's frontier models, such as the Gemini family, providing crucial feedback for refinement.
Thirdly, Google DeepMind's leadership will engage directly with customer CEOs and boards. This aims to guide businesses in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of frontier AI research and development. This effort builds on existing Google Cloud initiatives supporting partners in implementing agentic AI.
