Trusttech company Certificall has raised €1 million in a seed round. The funding will help the company expand its anti-fraud solutions in Europe.
The investment was led by TomCat, Groupama, and InsurAngels.
Certificall provides certified visual evidence for insurers and large industrial clients. Its technology creates tamper-proof digital proof to combat AI-driven fraud. The system combines geolocation, time stamping, and a secure digital signature. This process guarantees the authenticity of evidence from the moment of capture. The platform is designed for speed and efficiency. Creating a certified report takes about 90 seconds on average.
To date, Certificall has certified more than 3 million photos. The technology addresses a significant rise in insurance fraud, which is increasingly powered by accessible AI tools.
Certificall's solution is fully compliant with European eIDAS regulations. This compliance ensures its digital evidence is legally valid across the EU. It offers companies a reliable way to guarantee the integrity of their digital records in document-sensitive sectors.
