Previously, Hear the highlights offered AI-generated audio summaries of product features. Now, with 'Join the chat,' shoppers can interrupt these summaries to query specific details. For instance, a user might ask if a particular coffee maker is suitable for beginners or if a sweater is known to be itchy.
The AI hosts pause their narration to address these questions, drawing upon product details, customer reviews, and other available information. After providing a tailored response, the AI seamlessly resumes the audio summary from where it left off, creating an experience that feels more like a conversation than a monologue.
Dynamic AI adaptation
Behind the scenes, generative and agentic AI technologies work in tandem. An AI-generated script forms the basis of each audio summary, but it dynamically adapts in real time to incorporate user questions.
