Our proprietary indicators feed into the AriAlgo algorithm which works at three distinct levels:
Optimization of indicators: continuously improving the accuracy and reliability of each of our ARI indicators based on extensive back testing and historical performance
Generating the ARI Score: our algorithm generates a total continuous score (ARI Score) for each REIT. Such score is changing continuously (every 5 minutes) throughout the daily market trading session and drives the algorithm’s decisions
Trading rules to maximize performance: our algorithm translates the ARI Score into buy sell signals and portfolio exposure guidelines which are executed automatically and remotely to optimize portfolio performance
