Job Description

Western digital is looking for an experienced Salesforce/ CRM Analytics Business Analyst to join our Data team and be a significant part of the data transformation of the company to address business challenges and revenue maximization.

In this role, you will work closely with business crews and sales managers to deliver insights and actionable recommendations that have a huge impact and drive strategic business decisions.

Job responsibility includes:
• Lead end-to-end analysis of sales business processes and operational performance and support rapid growth opportunities.
• Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends from multiple data sources.
• Leading risk/opportunity, portfolio management and pricing analysis
• Partner with sales managers focusing on sales process optimization
• Come with clear call to action for sales management
• Reporting and analysis for management – present meaningful insights, recommendations, and conclusions.

Qualifications
• At least 3 + years of work experience as a Data/Product/Business Analyst
• Salesforce experience- Mandatory
• CRM Analytics- Dashboard implementation with full flow and call to action via this tool- Mandatory
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and financial or equivalent.
• Strong expertise with complex SQL queries
• Sharp, data-driven, and creative with outstanding analytical skills.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities.
• SQL skill
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in a Data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI).- advantage
