Israeli AI ultrasound startup, iNNOGING Medical, has been acquired by 3B Scientific, a leading manufacturer and marketer of medical simulation products and anatomical models for healthcare education.
iNNOGING Medial, founded in 2017 by Adi Baruch (CEO), Eliad Moshe (CTO), and Nir Shvalb, developed e Sono, a cloud based platform that allows users to train and analyze ultrasound scans in real-time, from any location, using any internet-connected device. The platform simulates real-life scenarios, enabling healthcare professionals to practice as if they were working with an actual patient.
Ultrasound imaging is commonly used to monitor pregnancies, diagnose various medical conditions, and guide medical procedures.
iNNOGING Medical‘s e Sono platform produces highly realistic ultrasound imaging, allowing learners to practice without the need for physical patients or costly equipment. The user-friendly interface offers easy manipulation of ultrasound images, including zooming and rotating, to simulate real patient interactions.
On the educational side, e Sono features a comprehensive library of ultrasound scans and clinical cases. Instructors can customize courses to fit specific learning outcomes, and clinicians can upload their own scan data for unique teaching content. The platform allows for objective assessments of student skills and the use of cellphones as virtual probes.
