DESCRIPTION

The Acute Care Data Science team in Haifa is developing novel AI and machine learning predictive and prescriptive solutions for medical practitioners using this rich and untapped medical data. A particular key area is the use of natural language processing (NLP), and the application include conversational AI for interaction with the medical staff and medical note analysis. The Acute Care BU at GE Healthcare is an innovative project to allow us assist caregiver to cope with patient deterioration better. As part of it, we develop a novel solution using NLP capabilities, with server-less back-end architecture and modern mobile technology.

We are embarking on an effort to help build the next generation of smart GEHC imaging systems. These systems will be designed to optimize new AI capabilities, product quality, and customer satisfaction. In order to accomplish this, we will delve into current GEHC imaging systems, learn where we need to focus improvements, and assist engineers in new system design. Moving positron emission tomography (PET) and nuclear medicine (NM), and other GEHC imaging systems into the age of machine intelligence.
